Aden Marketing Inc. represents multiple corporate marketing efforts with many companies under several industry verticals. Some industries represented are cosmetic and implant dentistry, specialty manufacturing, restaurant marketing, and general and property insurance.
Bryce Gibney
Bryce brings much experience in management and distribution to Aden.After retiring from his electrical distribution business in 1996, he began contract marketing.Experience gained in international manufacturing, combined with import/export distribution throughout North America has proven invaluable to our clients. In addition to developing custom marketing programs for specific clients, Bryce is an active member of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers and does contract international speaking engagements on behalf of a multinational organization. Currently, Bryce serves on the Board of Directors of the Pacific Implant Institute, and occupies a position as Marketing Director of the Institute.
In his spare time, Bryce is an avid boater, pilot, and diver – as well as singing classical tenor with the Vancouver Bach Choir.
Lynne Baker
Lynne Baker, C.O.O of Aden Marketing Inc., hails from a career in the print media and graphic arts arena. Lynne taught fine arts and graphic arts at colleges in southern Ontario before coming west to pursue work in advertising and print sales. She established a successful printing and publishing company, serving clients across Canada which she owned for 12 years. In addition she has contracted to governmental, private, and institutional interests as a human resources specialist. Lynne is enthusiastic about combining her first love of graphic art with her recent specialty of “solving human problems” in her client’s businesses. Currently, Lynne sits on the Board of Directors of the Pacific Implant Institute and serves as a Marketing Director for the Institute.
Lynne’s volunteer work included many executive positions in the Canadian Power and Sail Squadrons, and her passions include boating, water colour painting and ornamental welding and steelworks.
Randy Stefan C.A., B. Admin.
VP of Finance, Admin & HR Aden Marketing Inc.
Randy obtained a Bachelor of Administration with Distinction from the University of Regina in 1981. He then worked four years as an auditor at Clarkson Gordon during which time he wrote and successfully passed the national uniform final exam to become a Chartered Accountant in 1983. His concentration was on audit clients in manufacturing, retail, agricultural, professional services, restaurant and non profit as well as working in the field of insolvency. Randy moved into the pipeline construction company as a CFO for four years, during which time the company grew in sales from $2,000,000 to $20,000,000. Randy gained valuable management experience over a ten year period when engaged as the general manager of a residential land development company, an 18 hole golf course, farm machinery auction company, commercial real estate, truck stop, store, wash and motel. He became the President and Chief Operations Manager, where he developed the business plan, organized investors, coordinated & supervised the design and construction of a new residential land development and championship 18 hole golf course. He also implemented the corporate operating systems, interviewed and hired the operations staff. Four years ago Randy further expanded his business knowledge base by obtaining extensive training in the field of marketing and began developing and implementing marketing programs for small businesses in various industries as mentioned above. Randy gives back to the community through services on several non profit and charitable organizations. He currently is the Chairman of the Board of Directors – Lutheran Church Canada, and is a Vice President of the Saskatchewan Golf Association and has served as a rules official at several provincial golf tournaments.
